Top-navbar action button for the Discord-audit UI (right block of AA's
``header_nav_collapse_right``). Hosts the Launch-Audit trigger, moved out
of the page body to match the AA community-app convention (e.g. aasrp's
"Add SRP link"). Unlike a plain navigation link, this opens the
``#launch-audit-modal`` Bootstrap modal, so it is a ``<button>`` rather
than an ``<a href>``. Gated on ``run_audit``; the caller is responsible
for including ``_launch_modal.html`` (and its context) in the page body.

The control is a real ``btn btn-primary`` (not a nav-link styled to look
like one) so it unambiguously reads as a button in the dark navbar at
every viewport; ``d-flex align-items-center`` centres it against the
adjacent character-control icons.
